I have the airbag/horn switch part on order from the dealer. It was suppose to be here August 26th. Then Sept 10th. Now they said October 8th. I am not holding my breath. So it is still not fixed. Gen 5 Hood Inserts
Hello, Does anyone know if the 2013 Gen 5 SRT hood inserts are all the same for the left side and same for right side? I have a SRT hood and having trouble identifying which inserts I need. On my 2008 hood each bezel was different and I can't figure out if that is the same for the Gen 5 SRT...- nicholas8

Any update on this? Anybody have luck fixing it? Same symptoms on my 2013 Viper, my horn does not work and all other controls on steering wheel work. I actually replaced the fuse (even though the other one was not broke) and the horn actually worked but then about 2 minutes later the horn...- nicholas8

How to adjust window so it doesnt hit frame
Hello, Does anyone know how to adjust the window inboard or outboard so it does not hit the frame when closing. I have a 2013 Viper and when you close the driver side door and the window rolls slightly up, it hits the frame. It is not the up and down that needs adjusting but the in and out. I...- nicholas8

I just wanted to follow up on this in case anybody needed a good honest shop in the Austin/Georgetown area that will work on Vipers. 2013 Viper - no lock/unlock with buttons or FOB
My 2006 has acted up in the past too. One day the doors would not even close. The door latch would stay open and not shut no matter what I did or button I pushed. Also, just wanted to clarify because it took me a moment to realize it. Jon with Viper Parts Rack is not same as Tire Rack. All the company names run together to me. Another thumbs up for Contintental Extreme Sports. I just had them installed a few weeks ago. I had a really good experience with Jon at Viper Rack Parts. He had the tires shipped to me super fast. As SA Heat mentioned, I think the 355 fit the rear wheel better. Plus, it was the least...- nicholas8

Where to get 335/30r18 tires mounted
I just had a really good experience with a mobile tire change company. They came out to my house and change all my tires. It seems like (this franchise anyway) has the equipment to handle most tires sizes. The 355/30r19 tires was a non issue for them. Looks like they have somebody in Chicago...- nicholas8

Thank you for the heads up about Calvo. I called a shop that specializes in classic cars but said he can work on the Viper and will do service work. Change fluids, new rotors and brakes, etc... Not a Viper Tech but he seemed very knowledgeabIe. I will keep you posted if I decide to use him...- nicholas8
