My Idler Pulley on my 1994 RT/10 decided to explode! My Viper has 55k miles. I took the hood off for easier repairs. Replaced the alternator while I was at it. I had a hard time locating the Idler Pulley bolt and washer. I eventually located one on eBay for a 1994 Dodge Ram (Same setup). Going to replace with new serpentine belt, plugs, wires. Anything else I should replace while the hood is off. The air filters are new.

My tensioner gave up the ghost recently. Thank God it was right up the road from my house, and held together until I was home. Couldn't hurt do the radiator hoses while you have the easy access.

While I’m repairing stuff, does anyone repop these?

Mine failed too, just not as extravagant of a failure, but left me on the side of the road.

If you have not already replaced your PS pump pulley, now is a good time.
