We've been involved in the development of high-strength fasteners that contribute to the ultimate level of performance. Specializing in materials with tensile strengths from 180,000 psi to over 300,000 psi.
Our newly developed Dodge Viper main studs and cross bolts have arrived.
With several ongoing builds, it was learned ARP and Chrysler discontinued new lower end fasteners. There is no way we would reuse 20–30-year-old factory bolts in your Viper build. So, we sent them out for development into exact upgraded replacements.
There have been attempts to use fasteners from other engines which are incorrect sizes requiring drilling the block and main caps to larger diameters for fitment. This removes metal from those areas.
Anyone considering a Viper build should replace all the lower end fasteners and upgrade for a more solid foundation and improved clamping force.
