Well Chip I am new to the drag strip so we will see. It's going to take some practice to get good at it. Not sure how busy it will be so I might only get 2-3 passes each night. :dunno:
This thursday or next thursday I plan on taking my car to Street Fights at the Bristol drag strip if I can get my split second box back and tune my car.

ha I would love to but my split second box crapped out on me so I'm waiting on a new one to get in. Once I get it installed and tune it myself I'm going to come up to your shop and get it on the dyno. Hoping to get in the 800's this time!!
You might have something there Chip. But I hear Nashville gets a lot of rain... j/k There is a need for a good tuner like Doug Levin and Dan DC in this around. I mean the closest one is UGR but they really do not do much with Vipers anymore. From what I hear. :dunno:
Yep I talked to Dan and Doug both. I am going to jump the split second box to see if the car will start. Then I will know that it is the split second box.
Well I changed out the crank sensor. Was NOT the problem. Still will not run and still has code. I checked the plugs and they are right. Looks like I will try and jump the split second box and see if the car will run then that should tell me if it is the box. :mad:
So my cam sensor went out last week and I just replaced it today. After installing it I went out for a 10 minute drive. It ran great. Drove back to my shop and let it idle for a few seconds then it just dies. :dunno: Hooked up the tester and it is showing code 0320 which is crank sensor...
Those are in Memphis, I would never live in Memphis but those are some great prices!! To get a house like that in east TN you will be paying around $225K.
Well I got it on the dyno once but the car was running like crap and the tuner had no clue how to tune it. But it made 752rwhp and 767 trq. I think there is a LOT more power to be made once I tune it. When it was on the dyno it said it was running 9psi...
Hey Squadx, thanks for the info. I have a air/fuel system on it's way to me where I will be able to record the air/fuel then tun the car. It will also have the gauge so I can see real time.
I think I will go with the walbros in the tank at some point. Now this has happened three times...

Yea it was the cam sensor that went out. Thanks for letting me know that its a pita to install. I am taking the paxton cooler off to give me some room. I better not have to take my paxton belt off bc that was a biotch to get on!! Hey I am sending you a PM too!
