    Yes. Threads about it popping off from the heat. Search this and other forums. The rear view mirror adhesive is not strong enough as those cylinders has quite a bit of force to them. Talk to a windshield shop.

    Have a 97 so yes was going to go stock tune on it but a know there were different revisions. Just have it as a back up if ever I needed it. Guess I will get it, maybe get it reflashed and sale/trade for a 97 compatible one.

    My assumption is 32 so you just unscrew the nut sandwiching the pickup to the block. Makes no sense if you need to remove a cap bolt and then replace and torque it.

    How did it get pulled into the lower overflow tank? In Dean's first pictures it is the small diameter hose at the top right by the cap that goes to that tank. The only way you are getting coolant to the overflow/reservoir tank is if pressure builds to open the cap (16psig I think). You jumped...
