Remember that the controls on the steering wheel go through the clock spring too. Not just the horn. So that some of those controls should not work or start not working too.
If I had one available, I would look to see if I could repair it or how easy it would be to disassemble the clock...
Check the voltage on the tuner, radio, windows and the rest of the gauges or anything that needs power to work in the different key positions (off, acc, run, etc).
Possibly your ignition switch but that would next to check.
Cranking refers to when the engine is actually being spun by the starter.
A vehicle can crank but not start.
Or a vehicle can not crank.
Both problems are different. A proper description of the problem is a must as it can lead you down the wrong path very fast especially communicating on the...
@viperkim please start looking at the dates of the threads you are replying too. You are getting better at it as this one is only 2 years old and not 5 years old like that other thread reply.
If you are just trying to get your post count up, their are better ways of doing that.
@Tombala you better define 'cranking' because in your video you are not cranking the car. You just moved the key to the run position.
You said you have a meter. I said to check for voltage at the tuner when it gets power to it. You are using the power up cycle of the tuner to verify that...
@SRT BILL not hard but just moving wires over as they are low power to trigger a relay. Problem becomes when you need to use the horn and you hit the horn and it doesn't work because you moved it to a switch that is not what you are used to with other cars. Remember the horn is usually used in...
First eliminate all the mechanical things first in the suspension and wheels/tires before wasting time and money on alignment.

@Viper Specialty yes I am aware of the non ACR...
I think you got sand in your ******

The link I posted is the exact same part number from the exact same manufacturer as the one you have plus the exact same switch @lane_viper posted.
The link @lane_viper has is the exact same switch as I posted, just that is RoHS...

Or just measure it up and use any switch that fits.
@GTS Dean Not around the car but will do diagrams or fast photochopping.
@Viper Specialty i was going to modify the shuttle valve in the adapter as I states in point 2.
Car has been sitting in a heated/cooled garage with plugs still in place.
I have a borescope and will pull the plugs, look...
Suggestions? I have a new unit sitting around.
1. Use the light oil pressure sensor port with a T. I used that port already to prime the engine in the past and the pressure gauge does go up as I primed it with the the primer tank when I drained the oil.
2. Y into the oil cooler/filter...
