I was going to answer the same a few days ago but he asked his own question in his post but didn't make it very obvious nor making a second post in the thread.
Someone decided to game the market on Gen1-2 and stupidly price headlights, people followed with same pricing and that trickled down 6 months later to gen3 ones just because you can.
That is not bleeding the system as you are not getting all the old fluid out nor any junk in there. That is just sucking out the fluid from the reservoir as the system is not a loop but close ended.
Like just sucking out the brake master fluid but old fluid is still left in the lines and...
Depends on if you got a tune on it. The check is not just CEL but readiness of the systems and you can't clear codes and go get tested. You need drive cycles. If your tune has emission stuff turned off or deleted, you ain't going to pass.
As dean would point out, check amazon for weatherstripping (blub or whatever style you are looking forl and get the dimensions of the current seal and match them.
There are sites that can get any style you need.
So you need the fuel pump assembly rebuilt?
What pump(s) did they put in?
Why did you replace pump(s)?
What year is your car?
They are options to use the same hanger or buy the RSI hanger or Gen3 or 4 (can't remember what modifications are needed for gen3/4 assembly but i think i remember...
I laugh at threads like this as I read them. People thinking the Viper is some super secret complex special engineering. Standard suspension, brake, drive train, cooling, etc design. Crap the prowler built in the same time frame was mor complex with pushrod suspension.
