Both VYPR BYT 94 and mattdillon--you're both killin' me on the shifter:) It's not about the depth/length/girth as much as the motion in the ocean. Haha! The long-shaft has gone viral on us....amazing how many think it is for real. Makes it even more hilarious.
Thanks for the compliments...
Well, took forever, but had the OEMs hydro-dipped and went with black/grey carbon fiber.....Came out awesome and a much needed upgrade to my Gen III's all black interior.....
Very nice. Thanks for sharing the pics.
Think the car would look better with the cross-hair grill in body-color vs. black....easy mod....then again, who am I to question Ralph G:)
LMAO. I'm speechless. People are actually debating whether this is 'real or not' and acknowledging the use of the longer shaft to create extra torque LOL :) You're going to get a letter from Ralph Gilles wanting to patent your design on the Gen VI. Hurry ---protect your intellectual...
Just like the horsepower (length) and torque (girth) curves...there is a mathematical 'sweet spot' (love that corporate term)...... at which I agree with Chuck 98RT/10 and with all deference to Black 2000RT's new length shifter.......it is all about the 'girth' LOL!!!!
Ok, I'm through as...
LMAO!! Absolutely Hilarious. I haven't laughed so hard in a long time. Love the video. We're definitely beyond "peyronies disease" at this point and who wouldn't be envious. I must capitulate......and simply pay homage to Black RT2000......Clint said it best "A Man's got to know his...
Nice....LOL......We've obviously digressed........sorry, back to topic. "Looking for factory shifter handle" and we've established that 2000 RT has a 6" knob in cognac and apparently I may have contracted "Peyronies Disease" :)
Before I get 'pile-drived'....yes, I did a search...... Go easy on me, it's damn near 100 F here in Texas!!
In the process of having my Gen III's radio and center console bezels 'hydro-dipped.' Thinking about Red & Black Carbon fiber for my Viper Red '03. Anyone have a picture or can...
Right after buying my Viper, first time I took it out on the tollway......Two Dodge Rams drive by loaded with people in both of them and on both sides of me....all giving me the 'thumbs up' out the window. Nothing like owning a Viper--It really is a dream car for me and my longtime goal...
