Vipair hood is an excellent fit!
I would have requested partial reimbursement from Steve to recoup some of the body shop labor cost. Some latitude has to be given for an aftermarket product but it sounds like you went above and beyond to get the hood to fit.Also, is the hood still structurally sound enough with the underside...- intense5.5

Locked keys in 2004
How about trying to pull the lock button, or hook the keys and pull them out with a coat hanger? Never met a car I could'nt get in (no,I don't steal cars, I used to help out at a friends' towing company).- intense5.5

2005 SRT Ac only works on high
Same problem,same car. Easy fix if it is the resistor (about $130).Just a little uncomfortable getting to it in the passenger footwell.Only took me about 5min to swap it out.There was recently a thread in the new owners' section about the same thing that will give you a little more info.- intense5.5

By the way,while you're under there,remove the resistor block and check it too.Mine was bad and needed to be replaced when I got my '05.Turns out,when I removed it,there was a leaf stuck in the electrodes(?).It (the leaf)probably got wet and then shorted out the resistor block.It is located on...- intense5.5

As Chuck said,it's not too tough a job.The worst of it is laying on your back and getting yourself into the passenger footwell to get the thing out.Once it's out,it'll be easy to get some oil on the shaft and bearing on its' end.It sits in a little pocket at the bottem of the housing,and any...- intense5.5
