    You need to spend sometime on your own and do research. Try the archives here for starters. Gen IV has 100 more HP, better trans, better rear end.

    Lots of shops that can re-do or re-cover your wheel, use a google search. But, you might want to just check ebay, Don Sharf, Jonb, X-builders etc and find a good used one, 2003-2010 all are the same

    Hennessey 650 or 700R upgrades

    Not sure if Hennessy sells the parts, I think it's a turn key build. There are less costly ways to get a G3 to 650 flywheel HP. Greg Good heads or the G4 upgrade heads, plus cam, headers/exhaust and roller rockers. Parts will run you about $10-12k.
