Track Days...
Only way to get an empty track is to rent it yourself with some buddies. Start in the novice group with an instructor in the passenger seat. Events like Speedventures support new drivers that way. Won't have a completly open track but it is very safe.- redtanrt10

Radiator Hose Collapse/Flex
Not sure if the SnakeOyl hose will cure the problem? Addding a spring to the stock hose was the cure awhile back. My upper collasped on the dyno at DC a couple of years ago. Here's and old thread discussing the problem...- redtanrt10

Anyone with Car Lift info?
I went with a liftmaster "jackshaft" opener. Works from the side, nothing overhead http://www.liftmaster.com/lmcv2/pages/productmodeldetail.aspx?modelId=436 Then I had the tracks replaced and angled upward.
