    Buying my first viper....two quick questions

    IA, 1.) Only 01 cars have ABS unless you or someone adds it to an older car. 2.) You probably won't be able to get an 03' as current Viper owners will have first shot. You may be able to buy one from someone who just buys it to sell it? I hope this helps. Steve

    Short Throw Shifters, who has the best?

    If you get a shift knob from MGW and replace the factory one you'll be a happy camper. You don't need to replace the shifter just the knob. It reduces the throw by a lot as the factory knob has a tall stand attached to it. Regards, Steve

    SoCal, I need to find a track that isnt a motocross/Drag combo before I'll take the Snake out. Carlsbad is way to dusty and that dirt road keeps me from taking that Dark Blue car there. Do you know of any tracks that are better? Thanks, Steve

    Kevin, You'll have a bunch of fun!!! The helmet requirement is a DOT rated helmet I think? They were'nt checking when I went last time so long as you had one. You must also have long pants on. You'll want flat bottomed well fitting shoes also. You must have a hard top or GTS if you run below...

    Colors for the 2002 Viper
