    update on cat removal (way to LOUD) and great fix.....

    FYI I lost a significant amount of HP and TQ (dyno proven) with these mufflers over a straight 3" muffler. High flow cats will probably net you more HP, less noise, plus be EPA compliant.

    With bolt on's your going to get at the most 30-45 rwhp increase. This is tubes, filters, headers, high flow cats, and 3" cat back.     Taking 138 trap on motor and 152 on spray the difference is 14 MPH which by my calculations equals 220-240 rwhp shot you cannot defy the laws of physics It would be nice to have some dyno graphs and more info, but apparently these guys don't like to toot their own horn.

    Anyone use the SMT5 or SMT6?

    I bet the car was not running right to begin with, the 490 rwhp for heads/cam is weak, not to mention the 428 rwtq. Something was wrong with the car.
