Thanks Guys. I have the 06' FE, just didn't update my pic, look in my sig line. They actually used my car yesterday morning for a dry run but the company wants a red convert for "several" shoots... why red, you got me that's what the customer wants. I get all kinds of crazy inquiries...
I have a studio who's looking for a Red SRT conv. (only) for a photo shoot. You drive the car there, wait an hour or so, watch a pretty girl pose next to your car, you drive home. Although not really needed, they'll place your vehicle onto their insurance policy with full coverage up to it's...
Guess I should have read the ENTIRE post....lol.. sounds like your have 2 problems... have you ever hit the horn really hard? You may have bent the housing on it and it needs to be "remolded" back in place... Had this happen on a van I owned...
Had a tranny let go on an old model... reason you cant get it from another dealer is because it's not in an unopened box... as Dodge requires, under warranty, that the tranny that is going to replace yours is brand spanking new... dealers have some in stock because they came out of another...
Mine did the same thing.... it's one of your alarm sensors that's not working correctly, most likely the hood... Just wait until it goes off in your garage at 3:00am....ack!
Stop putting bleach on your tires for smoke shows.... JK... I have the same issue... I got rid of it by using lacquor thinner (DONT get that on paint!), then I hit it with a plastic cleaner and then finally a bumper restorer product and never had to do it since.... Good luck.
Re: What\'s the easiest way to....
Yes... I think it's "detuned" itself... I assume this car has this feature if you put in low octane/bad gas? No? I looked at the screws.. they are 5 star... I'll have to go to the store tomorrow to get the right tools...
Re: What\'s the easiest way to....
When on average there's a crash every 217 rentals....... sure... but 9-10 times renters do not have enough "seat time" to drive the car to it's limits like a normal Viper owner could.... The Viper as a rental car actually holds up very well..
Any help on the...
What\'s the easiest way to....
Remove the positive/negitive terminal so to "reset" the computer. I think I have some bad gas. I've done the "octane booster" along with about 9 gal. of 93 gas to top her off. I want to let the computer "rethink" everything again. Right now I have a very low...
Had our 06' FE coupe come back the other day and ever since it's had a very low idle at startup, like 500-600 rpm right after you turn it over. I've turned it over about 10 times since then and sound like it's going to die at any minute but doesn't. I remember it had a lot higher RPM at...
In Chicago, Z06's are going 7-10k OVER sticker.... if you can get a FE Coupe for under $87k NEW you're doing well IMO... Used..under 84k is great... do it soon as warm weather is coming and prices go uPPPPPPPPPPPPP
Set up a different account just for this payment. It's not a good idea to give a stranger your account & routing # of the main checking account you use on a daily basis.
Re: And I don\'t even smoke.....
Had 10 of them made about 3 years ago for some of my best customers.... I have a few left. If you REALLY want one... IM me..
Re: For the love of god, why can\'t I get a test drive??...*MICHIGAN OWNERS*
I do a lot of business with Dodge dealerships in the Chicago land area. They send me customers just like you who want to have a day/weekend in the Viper because they dont want miles on any of them. I have the all new...
Re: SL55 or keep my \'96 GTS?
I've owned/rented both and both the exact years. It depends on your taste... I like to refer to the Viper as an old muscle car feel... The SL is refined and has more gadgets that can break... I had my SL just 8 months and I replaced an entire headlight assembly...
