If you are local to San Diego that would be great, if not I can live with the squeal until Dodge gets them back in stock or partsrack.
If you could I would love to see a picture of them just as final conformation.
Given my cars history I seriously doubt that they are a stock style pad then. There surface is very aggressive, tons of metal flake, and my car stops significantly better then my last one. Also they seem to squeak a bit less with major heat in them like when I had my pagid's on another car...
In the picture below are the clips above and below item #8 anti Squeal/rattle clips. Because I do not remember seeing them when I had the brakes apart. Is it possible a the previous owners tech that put the newer brakes on my car before I got it forgot to install these.
They show as backordered as well but if that is a picture of stock pads then mine are not stock.
I have a way different pad construction and tons more metal flake in the pad material and my backing plates do not have any writing or upper clips on them. Chances are I have some form of race pad...
Silly question but does anybody have a picture of a stock brake pad for a SRT-10 coupe. I have been fighting a heavy squeal ever since I got my 06 coupe.
So far I have turned the rotor's, scuffed the pads back to flat and coated the heck out of everything with anti squeal. Bedded the living...
I know that the switch itself had died on my Gen 3 it was really not that strong when they showed it to me after putting the new one in. It was a pretty simple swap for my guy.
RUNNR you know that there is a google search addon for vbulletin. A lot of sites started using it to avoid bulk registration to there sites just to do searches. Plus it should take a bit of stain off your server's and hosting costs if people are constantly hammering the search function.

#68 is now for sale
Got the Hennessy 1000 Kit on it, don;t know what it is doing in California as I doubt it is legal with our smog laws.

I have been pulled over for inspection in one of my other cars leaving an autocross before. They definitely knew what they were talking about, most of it was looking for; lets be charitable and call it import, style stuff. Intake's, camshaft gears, swap's.
I imagine though I could get a set...
I know I can pass the sniff test, headers rarely even move the numbers but in San Diego we have the enhanced smog testing centers and cops who have taken extensive CARB classes who pull over modified cars and inspect for EO numbers as basic protocol.
If there are no legal headers I might just...
Mine was replaced by Dan at about 15K miles with a new one due to a track failure by the previous owner. I had no problem buying the car with a complete replacement engine.
I did get the car cheaper though and got almost all of the modifications done to the car ~15K free as well as few people...
Guys is there anyone who offer CARB legal headers or headers with a EO number of any type. California has gotten to the point where I had to find a EO number for my air filters. I am thinking of doing a slight port and polish job on the heads and intake as well but I cannot see how they would...
I would go with the 3.33 if you have a blower.
I have the 3.55 and its aggressive even with less power then you. If you are going to do the gears though calling unitrax or one of the other vendors on the site and finding a stronger rear end might be in order.
I cannot see from the photos very well but to dyou have a rear cage in the car where your harness belts are attached. Do these seats come up higher then the stock ones and prevent a head hit on the cage if so.
guess I am in the minority but
SRT-10 = 911 (Non S), Standard Corvette Fighter.
ACR = GT3, Z06
The cost difference between the ACR and the SRT-10 is so miniscule compared to the Porsche or Ferrari world as well. So track guys just naturally get the ACR, so less standard car times on...
Where in SD are you moving, there are a bunch of us out here.
Also I have used blue painters tape to protect the front of my car when I am at the track I see no reason why it would not work on the back of a trailer. just get it off when you get into town, you don;t want to leave it on for a...
Willing to bet that the "Track" mode uses the upgraded shock technologies to bring the car into line and it would not work on the car with the standard suspension. So they could give you a button that said track but it would not be comparable to the GTS version and would require a good bit of...
Lets see if I can get a picture to work. Swung by my wife's office to make her boss jealous, he has been looking for a good coupe GTS for a while now thought he would get a kick out of it. .
Well back at work safe and sound.
Transmission after it warmed up seemed to just magically fix itself. Returns to center like a champ.
Couple things, the AC works in the coupe, never worked in my vert's. The coupe with the wings and bits seemed to be a little more stable then I ever remember...
The 6060 is built off of the T56 right, did they do anything with the shifter housing that could be retrofitted.
Basically since I could not get the car this weekend I have been keeping myself occupied with the forum.
2006, coupe. My 2006 and 04 vert never did it.
In the past I had to tune a few of the detents I think to add some resistance. The car will be delivered Monday so I will tear into it then. I remember on a T56 that I installed a while back, not on a viper, that I had to replace the bushing and...
