ha yeah it really does seem like a great deal if it's in good shape. Getting a supercharged viper for 30 grand would be awesome. BTW I saw your car at cars and coffee and parked next to it but didn't get to meet you. If I go next month I'll look out for ya.

They were going to put it back in the Galleria area but it's been tuff to find a spot with the number of cars they have now. Just sucks it's not a central location for everyone but oh well. If it's nice weather I'll be going for sure.
They announced the new location of Houston C&C this month at Vintage Park which is on the north side of Houston. If anyone wants to roll up there I'm down like we did a few months ago. It starts at 8 so I would leave about 7 to get a spot. Let me know what you think. Here is the announcement...
I just put a Die hard platinum battery from sears in my car 2 weeks ago. Compared to the stock battery it cranks TONS better. Think I like it better than the optima and it has like a 9 year warranty.
I've always used 6 inch pads with whatever counterweight came on my 7434 and my flex and never had a problem. I'm sure someone else will chime in but its always worked for me
I put my K&N on Wednesday but didn't notice much difference in sound. Only time I really heard is when the hood was open and you could really hear it sucking in air. I like it though.
I know the tires make a huge difference in the way it tracks. If you have the original runflats on it, it will follow ever single bump and grove you hit. PS2's or invos will change the feel.
A trick I've heard from some pro detailers were autoglym interior cleaner mixed with some Meguiar’s Odor Eliminator. I know the autoglym works awesome as I 've used it on my cars and some clients as well.
Nice purchase but I would hate having the car as a "summer cruiser" only. Guess that's the advantage of living in warmer climates. Enjoy the new ride.
