The Viper will skyrocket one of these days. Here's an interesting article about some other cars.

In 20 years when the United Nations rules the world and have convinced everyone that global warming is the biggest threat to our survival, the Viper will be popular in Russia.
I have a 96, and it's not part of any "nest egg" for my bratty ass kids. If I were to die tomorrow, my wife could sell it for exactly or maybe a little more than I paid for it. That's the beauty of these Gen II cars.
If you carefully read the OP's original post, he clearly states he will give the car to "the first PERSON requesting it". Then he goes on to quote "MEMBERS who have given so much to me". You WANTED simply do not qualify.
The 96, in the future, will be worth more than the 97. Was the 97 a better overall car with the forged wheels and the better rubber seals and what not? Probably so. Will it be worth more? Hell no.
^^^whats funny is the SR means "strategic reconnaissance" and has no meaning when comparing a complicated and sophisticated jet to a simplistic kit carrish pushrod V-10 that was made with quite a few mini van parts....
That's exactly what they said about me in the Alley before I was banned. Anyway, if you read posts in the Porsche forums, you'll see that anybody that tracks their car is talking about the ACR.
