I would really like to see "Viper" on the top of the windshield instead of SRT. People know what a Viper is and what it accomplished in the past. SRT- not so much. They refer to the Chevy as "Corvette" racing as well.
<------- Really wishing we had the "sales tax advantage" out here in Kalifornia:crazy2: Instead our Granola Gulping legislators need every darn nickel they can steal to keep us from going broke.
And now this-

WASHINGTON (Reuters) -- The U.S. Supreme Court rejected a challenge by automakers and oil producers to sales of a higher blend of ethanol allowed by the Environmental Protection Agency.
The justices on Monday let stand a federal appeals court ruling...
Like they never dictate to the dealers:rolleyes:. Tell that to Tator's Dodge and the hundreds of other privately owned dealerships that were forced out of business during the last "restructuring".
It won't be long before the Police decide that any use of launch control on high performance cars mandates some form of an automatic traffic offense. Why else would you engage the system and launch your 600HP car at 5,000RPM unless you had the intention to "race" it:rolleyes: By definition...
At a local "reveal' yesterday the staff told me that every engine is dyno'd at Arrow before installation. Is this correct? If so, it would be nice if Dodge supplied a copy of the dyno sheet along with the car.
The low end torque of the GT500 is tremendous. After owning one for a few months now I would suspect that virtually any stock Viper will feel a bit weaker down low, but it will definitely shine as the MPH climb.
Maybe it did arrive, which would explain why you haven't seen your 16 year old son in a the last couple of weeks:drive:
Check your AMEX for any out of state gas purchases:lmao:
60% on a 3year- not too shabby. Although based upon the number of people paying MSRP and above I would suspect they will hold their value quite well in the next few years(espeically since the monster supercharged 5.8 will likely be dropped in favor of a turbo'd 5 liter).
And it continues down that slippery slope- how soon till the government legislates away any form of fuel that will work with older vehicles??:nono: Can't have much fun in a Hemi Cuda without gasoline!.
Less than a year after it approved the sale of E15 – a mixture of 15 percent ethanol...
Hopefully they will all be delivered before Autumn- or else many buyers will be putting their cars into hybernation with little or no fun time :crazy2:
I was going to say the same thing. They had a Toxic at the LA show as seen here- maybe Dodge pulled a Graphite car off the line and painted it Toxic for the show:dunno: Even if that's the case there could still be a story with the car just like any other used car.
