    Agree with both statements. I have heard ;) tracks in my area will let you run private rentals but on public days...if car is stock..can run but not below 13.5...if so they escort you off the track.

    Have one spot available if anyone is interested....Friday October 22nd 9:30 - 4:00...$200 all day...as many runs as you want...real small rental only about 15 people.     I am not confused...I think you mis-read my thread...I am not talking about the paxton car but a STOCK Gen IV... I agree a 630hp Viper should trap over 130 and even some seasoned drivers can get a stock Gen IV to do 130 . I am talking about the 'once in a while go to the drag strip' guy driving...

    So i guess my point holds water...an average driver, on an average track, with average weather could not run 130+... FYI...the corsa exhaust and K&N drop in filter did nothing for my ET times...they are the same as when I was running the car stock!....maybe it's time to visit chuck for those...

    For his particular car yes...I was talking about a stock Gen IV...very, very few can trap 130 and it would have to be at one of the 'so called' fast tracks..MIR,Atco etc. with perfect weather conditions. But why speculate..there is a track rental in October at Atco...I will be going...if anyone...

    Some of us are meeting just off LIE Deer park exit (32 or 33.??) at 9:30 for those traveling from brooklyn/staten island/queens area if anyone is interested.
