    evidently, there are 2 large bolts (similar looking to a spark plug socket) that are attached to the seat rail to prevent seat travel downward. If removed , the seat supposedly travels an extra 1/2 inch or so towards floor.

    Re: moved to shipping spoke to SRT rep on phone today. she was very pleasant and helpful. Dealer got invoice 2 days ago and she confirmed it has been approved for shipping and usually takes 10-14 days for dealer to receive car. so I should have it by next Saturday the 15th

    It's getting harder to maintain my enthusiasm...

    Make that USED TO BE. Now they don't even have a Viper in their showroom. They jumped ship a few years ago.
