bluesrt,
do the post 2009 plant shutdown vehicles have or suffer from poor quality?
Were they trying to maximise “Production Outs” to fill orders and turning a blind eye in Q.C.?
Can someone please explain these two descriptions or options on different ACR window stickers? My thoughts are that the ACR suspension has no options; the option is the ACR package only…Both list the ACR package, however they have Additional line items... ;) Please advise
1st Window sticker...
The Violet was actually painted by a well known Master of the HVLP-paint gun… Dr. Heimann Fine-Tush, he is well established in the Purple/Violet painted car circles.
He also performs low budget Vasectomies in Juarez Mexico….
Yes, that’s the one... The 08 is a Viper Violet with GPS... The violet is very limited production in 08, that’s the only reason I can think of for the variation in price… Also, the 09 now has 110 miles on it… I was told the car was taken to a Viper event in the Georgia area… I’m sure it was...
I wanted to ask if anyone is close to Ringgold Dodge in GA ?? They have a used yellow 2009 Coupe W/Aero-Pkg on the lot that I’m interested in bringing to New Mexico. I hope someone who may live close to the dealership could get “eyes on” for a quick cosmetic inspection.
Any help will be...
The side-sill removal is not that difficult, you will need a 2nd set of hands and some basic hand tools. The 10mm nut located at the top of the sill will tax your four letter word vocabulary, But that’s the only challenging part of the modification. This was the 1st Mod that I attempted on my...
MuscleJunkie, the information you have provided is great help. I’m purchasing from discount tire only because I’m cheap as “Hell”. They provided the best price, my four (4) tires were $1,312.00 out the door including lifetime balancing and the road hazard replacement warranty. Thank you again...
Thank you Luke and everyone for the replys... Im having Discount Tire replace them with the correct "C1", or should I say more correct replacement.
Luke, do the "M0" PS-2’s lack performance properties over the “C1’s” ?? Or, is it only the speed rating due to the 1/32nd more tread ??
And one more thing I forgot to add to this post…
When you call to speak with Chuck Tator, don’t call him “Sir”…
and I Quote “just call me Chuck, I’m no better then you” …
Thank you for everything Mr. Tator… :)
I contacted Chuck “The Wizard” Tatter and all I can say is…. WOW…. This man has forgotten more about Vipers then I will ever know…. I short, he is shipping me 4 TPS sensors, mounting hardware, provided the advice on installation and calibration…. and oh ya the best part…. Send me a check when...
Thanks for all the response… However, another question or two have come to mind from the responses!!
-What is the process of testing the integrity/function of my four (4) stock sensors?
-The DRB-III calibration equipment, is this something I can purchase at Autozone, Pep-Boys ….Etc
I’m having my HRE wheels reconditioned due to an unfortunate detailing incident and I wanted to ask a few questions on installation and workings of the stock TPS sensors for a 2006?
1st. Are the factory sensors calibrated prior to installation on to the rim?
2nd. Has anyone added the stock...
What is the correct “Friction Modifier” (Dealer only item) needed for the replacement? Or is the modifier a generic item from autozone ??? Also, what is the Qty's needed for the replavement... 3 ,4 etc..qts
ViperNM gets the credit for the “Win” on this product. He purchased his first and I made the mistake of seeing the system… Thanks for the info Mike. Although, you did cost me $388.00 beans … Next Saturday the Burrito’s are on me..
I just finished using my Costco CR Spotless system... I wish I would have spent the money years ago... No drying with Micro-Rag's, just use the gas yard blower. Worth every penny !!!!
