    We know that it will not fit currently.....but who says they cannot change the chassis ? You go from a custom made engine for the viper to a mass produced engine....I am not advocating this but you can see what Fiat may be thinking. Cheaper and lighter.

    Just shoot me. It has taken forever to get this car deal through. May bite the bullet and sort out a 2015. Bought a condo in Honolulu this weekend...not cheap but it gives me a place on the mainland and here. Close in 60 days...there went six vipers out the door...err checkbook. :-)

    I just got done looking at the SRT site and the manual and eight speed transmissions. So they used an upgraded viper transmission for the Hellcat six speed manual. Why could they not put the eight speed with paddle shifters in the viper?......just asking....too big to fit?

    Unfortunately, I have to agree that I would never buy a "H" car. That's crazy money for a Gen 1. This was during the time that what you bought and what you got were questionable from him. As a matter of principle, I would run and not walk away from his cars.
