    Vipers at COTA.

    It was a great weekend with my Viper at COTA. My best lap was a 2.34.88, on street tires. Video to come. Saw some other cool Vipers as well. The raffel ACR-X, a Blue/White stripes GenIII, a couple of ACR's, White Gen II. What a facility!

    Agreed, that's why I have a set "street" pads and rotors that I put back on the car between outings on the track. It's a very simple swap, even a dunce llike me can do it. :smirk:

    Wow, Viper got beat by the Vette and Porsche. Bt that's the only time it will get beat by them! Frankly I like the fact that the Viper is more rare. Vettes are a dime a dozen, and the new one will be as well. And Porsche's are like a$$holes, everyone's got one!

    Hey SteveM, I noticed you have your car up on jack stands. Where do you put the head of the jack stand under the car? I only see the little triangular jacking pionts and don't know where the stands go, that would not bend or "F" something up underneath the car.

    I signed up immediately. As of Monday afternoon Mark said there were only 11 spots left (I'm #12) and I know two other guys who signed up after me, so I'm sure the whole thing is sold out. I AM EXCITED!. It's like playing little league baseball and then being allowed to play in Yankee Stadium!
