    Nitrogen is temperature resistent. No adjustment for outside air temp. needed.Pure air is 79% nitrogen anyhow. Lexus is purportedly using from factory on LS430. Supposed to give better ride???

    bad viper temporary replacement....

    Can't give any performance driving impressions... I'm actually able to control myself during the break-in period (1800 miles!) I only last 100 miles in the Viper that might say something right there!!!! Incredible cornering and braking noticed though. 150 horsepower shy for me!!!!!! Way Way too...

    Dave Just bought my "Temporary Viper Replacement" last week. It is a new Porsche Turbo. Black of course. I already have 1000 miles on it. The break-in (which I'm actually following) is 1800 miles.I will be racing it just not yet. Modify it? I don't know? IT could benefit from another 200 HP but...

    2002 Model run

    Can't seem to get ANY information.. they are too busy building 2001's and there is a glut of these on the market. I hope production is as low as it appears it will be. I'm worried this may be the LAST coupe we will see?

    An interesting idea

    I can't help with that question..all my mods done at once after nitrous added.I'm sure TNT,Hennessey etc have done so many dyno runs they can tell you if adding a coontail really adds 5 HP! Anyhow just pull the cats use Borla sportsman.. exhaust will work at peak.

    for you off roaders.......... I recommend Borla sportsman mufflers in place of cats. 3" inlet,3" outlet 3 1/2 " diameter 14 " long used on midget racers. distinctive roar!!!!!!!!!!

    Just curious what is the European opinion on the whole of the Viper? Guy in Germany on the Porsche forum said only "pimps" drive Vipers on the Autobahn!! In America, pimps only "wish"they could drive a Viper!

    Yes they were on my Viper. They are primarily used on midget race cars. About 14" long. Loud and distinctive sound difficult to describe! Stainless and not cheap but I felt worth it.

    As all women know size matters!!!!!!!! 1 1/2" is NOT enough suggest 1.75, 3" all the way back.. remove cats use Borla sportsman 3"inlet,3"outlet 3 1/2" in diameter.
