    Gen.1 Transmission Fluid

    I am going to change the fluid in my Gen.1 transmission. The factory service manual suggests using Dexron II E. As far as I know that is what is in there now. Does anyone have a suggestion on something that might be better? Things probably have changed since 1995.

    Vibration "changed" with new motor mounts

    I installed Woodhouse motor and transmission mounts yesterday. My left motor mount was bad and the transmission mount was bad also. The car now shifts much better and with no noticeable vibration. It seems to have helped stop the wheel hop problem also. I am very pleased with the outcome.

    Vibration "changed" with new motor mounts

    Does everyone who goes to this type of mount have a vibration problem? I was going to get a set for my car but if vibration is a problem I might pass on them. Right now a have no vibration at any rpm.

    Anyone with autoform lip spoiler out there?

    That is what I have on my car and I have had no problems with it at all. I really like the way it mounts. It's been on my car for 7 years with no problems. It's been over 150 mph.

    On my Gen.1 I dynoed 385 rwhp. I added Belanger headers, 3" Roe cats and 1.7 rockers and dynoed 418 rwhp.

    Thanks for your input. I had already decided to go with the Nitto's to save some money, I just couldn't make up my mind which Nitto tire to purchase. If anyone has more input on the two Nitto tires it would be appreciated. Thanks

    Nitto Invo's or NT05's

    I am running Gen.3 ten spokes on my Gen.1. I am going to buy Nitto tires to replace the run flats. I need some input on Invo's and NT05's. I do mostly spirited street driving. I put maybe 1000 miles or less a year on the car. What's your opinion?
