2010 acr - lowered 3/4 - 1" all the way around. Reset alignment and shocks adjusted. Compromise for track and street in the settings. Looks good, rides good, and have enough clearance I'm very seldom rubbing on anything.
The first time I saw a guy wearing those was downtown Los Angeles, and all I can say is....they weirded me out.
My shoe of choice Alpinestars tech-1-z-shoes
Super comfy, light weight, and supportive. Love em
Maybe it was close to the end of his shift and wasn't pulling the trigger?
I've never had a ticket with them and I've never doubted the detectors. Kids usually play spot the officer cause it goes off way before there are seen.
Once had a client out in the viper, we where moving down a straight...
He could of been using an x band gun and you where running in "auto no x mode" otherwise known as city mode
I leave mine on hwy all the time.
I run 3 different 9500ix units in 3 different vehicles. You know when you've been painted with laser....scares the crap out of me with the sounds it...
Ended up getting those plates approved SNISTR and are 2 weeks away for delivery(thanks again viperprowler1), snow is melting, wont be long now.....:drive:
Actually there is more to it. Gen iv cars(can only speak of my experience)seat belt connection is a two wire nc contact, with Oem seatbelt connected it opens the circuit. So with a 6 point harness installed the seat belt light never comes on and the chime never beeps. The air bags have a module...
There has to be more cars out there with non OEM seats installed. What other brands do people have installed, fitment issues, work arounds? Pluses and negatives, pictures too
I use a Deltran 021-0123 battery tender junior, comes with two quick connect ends. Permanent and clip on.
The quick connect permanent end installed directly to the battery, I just couple it to the charger through the driver side air difuser(not sure if that's the correct wording) when the car is...
Set where I want them, no one else drives my car....perfect.
Drive 1500km one way for a track day, more comfort, more support than stock in the perfect seating position for me.
Biggest concern is having passenger on the road and no airbags. If I plan on a road trip with wife or a friend, stock...
Here are a few pictures. The passenger seat in gen iv (dont know if the other gens have them) does have an occupancy sensor.
Both airbag lights on my dash are aluminated when I run the aftermarket seats, not sure if there is a work around, but I dont find them
bothersome.
The seats sit deep in...
Extremely happy with my custom seats made by Status. They had to be clearanced for the doors to shut, but I think most would have to be, not a lot of extra width in the gen iv.
Pics to follow.
In this vid he swerves slightly, stays in control, minimal damage to car, but the deer didn't fair so well.

In all honesty this is a shame to see...
From what I see in 2006 the part number was 05037357AA was revised to 05037357AB but I can't find with my sources the number that is on yours.
This what a 05037357AB looks like. I replaced mine at 20000 km when we changed clutch and flywheel.
In comparison to the stock shifter in my 2010 ACR after 20,000KM - night and day, worth every penny.
Mine was done at the tiime transmission was removed for a BBG strapped racing clutch/flywheel which is also far Superior to original.
Im loving the combination.
Anyone ever notice Sneaky Pete...
Carbon fiber is cool till your wife skid marks the clear with her heels....
I chose to 3M the sills in carbon fiber tape.
20 bucks a side, peel and stick when they get grubby and never damage the paint surface.
Placing a carbon fiber panel on top of existing painted side sill surface just sounds...
