    Around here, other Vipers are very rare so I am glad to see any cool rides and wave. I was driving in the Viper back to home and there was a new looking black Ferarri with people around it in a driveway. I wanted to stop and talk but thought it would have been awkward to intrude.

    Good to see you are doing your homework. The Buyers Guide is awesome. If you get a 2000 or newer, there may be a transferrible extended warranty on it still. (mine ends this October) Ask for a title search using the vin num to get history before you buy. Best of luck.

    IMHO, a hardtop is the way to go if you race but for the street a convertible adds so much to the driving experiance.
