Ideal on a street car with low boost is 11.5-11.8 to 1 for me on pump gas. If I had race fuel then it would probably be 12-12.5:1. So based on that I would say you are a bit on the lean side, and I bet the amount of meth you are adding is insignificant.

With 10 psi you should not be running more than 15 degrees total timing under boost, if you are then you should start investing in a new motor. Or driving around on 118 octane fuel or pure meth.
