Just bought a 99 RT from Bill Estes Dodge in Indianapolis, Indiana and after talking to the previous owner, the dealership managed by Deshawn, swapped the soft top and gave me an older one with holes in it and took some of the parts out of the car. I agree that not all police officers are the same. Some are really cool and that was cool that he gave warning but there must be an underlying reason. You dont write them for your health. What hacks me off is that tons of cars do not have the front plate and a cop just stops the ones he wants...- Hisser

On the way back from Corpus Christi, Tx. this DPS trouper is in the grass and see us all pass on the highway, turns around and comes by us one at a time and looks for front plates then pulls all of us over to show his power.
