    SRT Rotors "Turned" Improperly?

    When they turn the rotors, they "scuff" the surface of the rotor after it has been turned and completed. It is intended to look like this, and is done to increase friction for the first few hundred miles. Your car is perfectly fine, and I would not worry one bit! :2tu:

    I think 69K is a very reasonable price. Get a PPI done from someone else, NOT from the dealership you are purchasing from.

    You shouldn’t have a problem with heat if powder coated or painted properly. Quite a few people have their calipers painted to match the color of their Lambo or other exotic. It’s fairly common to have this done, and it looks great with your matching logo. You can have your calipers done...

    I use 11.5 quarts during an oil change (every 3,000 miles), and I add a quart after 1,500 miles of hard driving.
