    AC problems....

The most common leak on the gen 2 is at the schraeder valve depressor under the blue cap...low side(suction) Get a valve core removal tool and tighten it. If no obvious oil is seen on fittings...get an electronic leak detector...or use soap bubbles. The electronic works great for the...

    AC problems....

Sounds like the compressor is short cycling...could be electrical related..... OR a loss of freon will cause the low pressure switch to cycle the compressor on /off. Pop the hood and put the AC on...with the fan on High...go to the front passenger side (engine area) near the heater...and look...

Filling Chips and Removing Swirls and Small Scratches

Filling Chips and Removing Swirls and Small Scratches

Hey Randy I would use the yellow pad and the 3M product 39002...should just work fine for water spots! If you need a more abrasive compound..go to the medium cut. The 39002 is a Fine Cut. Randy , check this link. http://www.autogeek.net/3mperllrubco.html Dave

Shifter moves to right when nailing the throttle in 1st and 2nd gear?

Hmmm, mine does it in neutral and in 1st and 2nd gear. I had Chuck Tator check it 3000 miles ago and everything was normal. Although it does it considerably LESS with my MGW Gripper. If you watch the shifter in 2nd, when you get on the go pedal...the torque from the motor causes this movement to...

    horse power question

Stu, I have read a few times that our Vipers really do not "fully" break in (loosen up) untill we get 7500 to 15,000 miles on them. I have 6300 on mine, and I just came home from a nice ride. I told my son that I can actually feel the Viper getting stronger, as I put more miles on her. She pulls...
