Go to Ford and get yourself a set of 4 carpet restraints. They have a snap clip on one end and a long needle on the other. The clip goes on the back side of your mat and the needle goes into the carpet. They are black and never move.

The switch is not available separately. It is part of the AC Heater Control assembly. The part number is 4865 810AA, I believe. This control may not be your problem. I would opt for the dealer under warranty.

All the above systems and installers are great choices. We also have other choices that you can check out at our web site.

First off I did not intend to jump on this guy or anyone else. The fuel mileage he is getting is in line with what the window sticker states on it. He asked what we are getting for fuel mileage and I told him what I get along with an additive that has increased the mpg on my modded viper. He...
If you go with the Mopar sidewinder/copperhead rims then the stock sensors fit fine. John B., Parts Rack, is running a special on them as we speak.

Everyone is correct. As long as you can prove you have done the services at the proper mileage and times and have saved your receipts you are home free. There is no law saying the dealer has to perform services. Not yet anyway, but the day is coming!

I would get it back to the dealer and have them run a scan on the ECM. It sounds like the ECM is faulty and the car is in what is called "limp home mode"

In theory yes you can but it will not work properly. You need the DC Tune to reset the temperature that the fan comes on otherwise your fan will not come on until at least 200 degrees which could fry your thermostat on a really hot day. Part of the DC Tune sets the fan to come on a a lower...
You need to get a good scan tool and check for stored codes. Then check the sensors for proper values with the scan tool. Otherwise you are just changing parts and wasting money.

I have a different opinion on this subject and that is that the viper should be spot on and perfect when it leaves the factory for it's $90,000.00 price tag. DC should not depend on a shop tech at a dealer to correct any mistakes that should have been done correctly at the factory considering...
SHIFTER When I installed our AtRo Shifter Kit on my 2003 viper the rubber boot was torn before I removed it. It was torn from the factory and let a ton of heat inside the cockpit. The part number for mine on a 2003 is 5037319AA

and cost me $40.00. You can see parts break downs for...
Like I have said in earlier posts I had the same problem as you. The truth is I believe that most people who installed these have had the same problem and do not want to admit it. It took my viper 2 years and 12,000 miles to break these RT Cats. I welded a patch over the holes and removed the...
This is why as a business owner I only accept major credit cars and PayPal. If forced to except a check I first run it through my TeleCheck machine which, if approved, guarantees me my money if the check is no good. The small percentage these services take off the top are worth the guarantees of...
Why does one spend $90,000.00 on a street legal race car like the viper and then worry about gas mileage. If you can afford the viper then you can afford the gas bill. I get 15 mpg in all around driving and I beat on it all the time as it was made to be driven. I drive 80 mph on the highway in...
I totally agree with the above statement. The viper is a remake of the Shelby AC Cobra. This was a pure street/race car with no creature comforts. DC gave is A/C and power doors/locks. That is enough for me as I bought the viper because I wanted an experience as close to the cobra as possible...
