the way i see it, who cares if the car has been in an accident, as long as its straight and the car was repaired PROPERLY, its as good as new, and the clean title is a clincher.
the key is to make sure the work is done right!

anyone know what the heck happened to this guy????
This was this past weekend at the mazda days events at VIR Grand Course
yup i posted that one, thats the one i havem works great, its a tad heavy, but also rock solid! i mounted it where my washer fluid bottle used to be, so far so good!
i had the same problem and i had to replce the whole regulator, i would bought just the plastic piece had i know it was an option!
darn things are expensive!!
i went to autrozone and got a hose nipple and a piece of tube a valve so draining it will be MUCH easier, not to mention its on the side of the car so it'll be easy to acess.
cop magnet, where did you mount yours?
I received my catch can today, VERY nice and heavy duty! it it pretty big, so i wil be mounting it in place of my washer fluid bottle.
I NEVER use the washer fluid anyway!
Re: Rotor\'s gone bad?? Pics inside.......
it looks like you exposed the rotors to a LOT of heat, either Riding the brakes or driving the car VERY hard, the vibration you feel looks like Smeared brake pad material on the rotors, i get this after i get home from the track for about a week or...
As i am sure most of you have seen the story, here is the news footage
a true tragedy and one that could have been prevented!
http://mysite.verizon.net/res7weom/carrera.mpg
I have driven against MANY Z06's, LT1's and a couple of C6's at the track and none of them could compete with me and the viper.
granted on a road course a lot of it is the driver, but still it wasnt even close
the PCV valve lets air from the engine escape, some of this air has small mounts of oil in it, and even more under hard braking where the oil sloshes to the front of the motor and spashes upward into the front of the heads. the catch can collects the oil and lets the air go back into the intake...
for all your road racers out there..This is a good cheap alternative minus the Viper tax.......Just ordered one, and its a nice quality piece!!
This will help keep the oil from sloshing into you intake and leaning out your gas mixture! a MUST have if you plan to drive and BRAKE hard on...
