    Good runs, I think it's time for a gear change maybe 3.55's will make a big differnece. I have run all sets of gears 3.07 to 3.73 loved the 3.73 gears turning out 60' times of 1.4 secs but at the top or end of the qtr I needed 5th so I went to 3.55 works the best with 60' @ 1.7 and the end run...

    Thats strange but I would not use locktite on it if you do just the blue type. Easier to release.

    Twister do you ever get over to the Maui Drag strip? I hear it's pretty nice. I will be going there this summer without my car. I have a place there on the island.

    Another X-Metal Install Problem--Used and Idle Issue

    I really think that the TB position is important in getting the idle to settle down but, there may be other issues as well. everytine I adjusted it I had my battery disconnected.

    XMetal TB install process, any advise?

    I didn't mean to turn it upside down I meant to just loosen it and rotate it to the right it will only move at best a1/16th or so. It moves the idle downwards.

    Fastest stock motor times?

    I have yet to see it and I race nearly every week 130 mph with bolt ons. You can bolt on all day it's just is not enough to take you there. Maybe we will see something special at Vegas at the end of March.
