Damn. I'm absolutely in love with the Sidewinder II's and had been planning on trying to get a set to stick on my Gen 4 but I hadn't considered how they'd stick out past the wheel arch. Bah, well there goes that plan. :(
How do the 295's track on the street compared to the 275's? My car is a street car but I'm considering tracking it some this spring. My worry with the wider tires is that it makes the rut following even worse.
I bought mine sight unseen from a private seller on eBay. I paid to have them take it to a dealership first though.
Not 100% risk free but I felt comfortable enough to pull the trigger. Plus I was looking for a super rare color (blue convertible) so I had to be willing to take a bit extra risk...
Don't worry -- I agree for the most part. On one hand I like the sharper lines but on the other it almost looks too small due to the length of the trunk.
I've been to dozens of different gas stations and it's certainly hit or miss. Usually it works fine but there's ones where it doesn't. Some are just more finicky than others. I've never tried upside down though.
+1 to trying a different type of pump.
Yep, that's what I ended up getting and they've been awesome. I did a 3000 mile road trip with them and they appear to have stopped any further chipping. They look pretty good too.
How do you go about removing the door panel? I had a new window regulator installed but the window is up slightly too high when in the down position. Not enough to be a problem but I am super picky and want to lower it slightly to match the other side and to protect it more.
You can pick up a pair for $3863 on VPoA: https://www.viperpartsofamerica.com/index.php/products/2003-2010-dodge-viper-acr-wheel-set-1jj57dx8aa-1jj59dx8aa
EDIT: Or maybe not. Note says they're on backorder possibly.
I've asked before and never gotten a response either. :(
This is why I carry a thin dumb key in my wallet though. Then again if I lock my wallet in the trunk...
GoPro audio tends to be worthless over about 20-30 MPH so I usually shoot timelapse instead of video.
Here's about 50 minutes to an hour squished down into one minute:

Works well for freeways, no so much for twisty roads. You have to slow it...
Ralph says probably January for being able to buy the wheels: https://twitter.com/RalphGilles/statuses/254325229713768449
The only problem is I believe the fronts are 10.5" rather than 10" in order to fit on the 295's that the 2013 runs. Ideally I'd be able to stick to 275's and not have use...
I was told yes.
The photographer actually happens to have posted those photos as well over here: http://forums.viperclub.org/threads/656919-ACR-Viper-SRT10-and-Blue-Vert-SRT10-photo-shoot
Thanks!
I just had the car in for service at the dealer last week (fresh oil + inspection) so I'm sure everything is fine with the car thankfully. :)
EDIT: Looking at my calendar, I think I'm actually going to reconsider. Just too busy. Going to hold off until the spring and maybe start with...
I've considering doing my very first HPDE ever at the Ridge with HOD this Saturday. I'm a complete novice but knowing there will be at least one other Viper there, and instructing at that, I may just have to pull the trigger and do it!
Now I just have to find a helmet...
EDIT: Ah, I see...
Gloss black all the way.
I was never a big fan of the 10 spokes when chromed.
Something else to consider is gun metal instead of black. I still prefer black but this doesn't look bad either:
