Help - How hot is too hot?
A bottle of water wetter wouldn't hurt. Running the ac always raises the temp a bunch so I try to run without the ac which isn't terribly comfortable. AN important thing to know is what are the temps at speed under significant load. If they come down to a reasonable level in those conditions...- PhilC

Thanks Steve. Agreed that dyno tuning is not ideal. I really have to learn how to do the logging part. I keep thinking it would be great to add a couple more nozzles to the water meth system and shoot into the plenum as well as into the throttle bodies (cover both sides so to speak) Has...- PhilC

Well the funny part (not really so funny) is that I had sent it off to PSE in Oklahoma to rebulid the whole thing. The problem we were having was actually a nose cone problem. You're absolutely right about track rentals. Now that's fun! I haven't dragged in quite some time. I'm doing the road course thing as much as I can (which unfortunately isn't much). Hey Joe, Nick mentioned you got a new ride. Hope all is well. Venom, NY VCA Member (couldn't tell what name to use) In that situation, you might try lowering the tire pressures significantly but generally speaking you can't do much if the track isn't prepped.- PhilC
