    The OP would be covered under regular warranty since his car is 2010. I would think if you have Max Care extended warranty, you would be covered also as it is bumper to bumper, best warranty to have in your Viper.

    Can an 08 and newer run with O2 simms? If yes, that would fix the issue of the rear O2 sensors throwing a CEL if you are using headers regardless of which controller is installed. Dan or Mark, What's the 2010 controller?

    Buy a Gen3 and work your way up. Fill-up on here has an 03 srt10 for $31k. Drive a year and you still will get $31k for it.
