    Thats the best way to do it. Now everyone can just pick where they belong regardless of mods and tires. I suggested this a while back. Now if I can just make it to this event. Sounds like a good one. Busy time of year for me when snowbirds come to Florida.

    Were going to Bradenton Thus.16th gates open at 6pm. That would be a good time for a rematch with you and Chuck. Chuck usually runs 12.3 at that track.

    I was just watching the weather and they are predicting rain for Sat. That sucks I'm not sure if I want to deal with rain. Slicks and skinnies are on , oil changed and ready to go. I guess I'll just wait and see.

    Re: Back from my 1st Drag Strip Outing in my \'02 GTS Pretty normal and not so bad for first time out. The more you race it the better it will get. I'm no expert by any means but learning to feather the clutch, good shifting, and LOTS of practice will result in lower times.

    Exhaust sacrilege

    You will lose some HP but they make a bullit spiral (internally) muffler that is designed to minimize the sound. I had them on my car but removed them and re dynoed at 15 more hp. They did make the car quieter though.

    I pulled on a new 911 turbo up to 170mph. My car with headers only and I think his was stock. Braking and corning maybe different results.

    I'm so sorry for him and his family. I wish I had his driving skills and a Viper that was prepped to win in Atlanta so I could win and dedicate the win to him. I'm sure his Viper brothers will do just that.
