    ACR for sure if ever going to track with it. I have a 99 which have the forged pistons rather than cast. I also have extra's on my car. Would not sell for less than $55,000.

    Ok now I understand your just saying a great driver in a slower car can beat a not so good driver in a fast car. I would agree with that. I would also agree if you ramdomly picked 10 stock z06 car and drivers and 10 stock Viper car and drivers that the Vipers would dominate.

    You need to come to the next Vette shootout in Bradenton, FL. Theres usually 100 Vettes including several Z06's and none ever run under 12.5 unless mods and tires. Two years in a row same results. You may want to go and give lessons.

    I have the SVS short throw shifter. It seems to be getting a little notchy or harder than it was. I did get some wheel hop at the start but this noise was shifting into 4th just before trap. Could it have been between gears when I let the clutch out. Would that make alot of clanking noise...
