Advice on learning to drive a S/C viper....
Just make sure you are always ready for the back end to come loose, sometimes it happens when you think you are barely pressing the pedal. Otherwise use it and have fun!- Marc Lublin

Gauge Pod
Who makes the nicest gauge pod for the viper. I'm looking to mount (2) 2 1/16 gauges. Right now I have one centered right between my speedo & tach, but if I add the 2nd it won't work. If anyone has pictures, please post them. Thanks!- Marc Lublin

Heads/Cam vs SC

HOW FAST CAN YOU GO AND STILL SPIN YOUR STOCK TIRES?
I've had mine spin at 100. No clutch just pushing a bunch of power to the tires. As the rpms climb so does the power on a centrifugal blower car. Don't like that feeling at that speed.- Marc Lublin

So, how many of you guys have done a gear change yourself?
I've always viewed ring and pinon set up's as an art form. You should probably leave the actual set up of the gears to and experienced shop that does them. Car shut off completely while driving
Start with the easy stuff first. Check the battery connections. With a loose connection at the battery, you can close your car door and it could be enough vibration to make or break the connection. BIG TIME TROUBLESHOOTING HELP NEEDED!!!
You could guess forever or just put the car up in the air and see what the problem is. Half shaft, Drive Shaft or Rear should be pretty easy to diagnose.- Marc Lublin

need help with lifters/valves
Probably fine, you probably pushed the oil out of them while you were turning the motor working on the others. Usually you get a bunch that are very easy to push in by hand. If there was a problem you would hear a nice lifter tick while the car was running.- Marc Lublin
