Everytime you jack up the car, it will have to be driven to settle the suspension back down.....Lowering caps are a great way to get tid of the huge fender gap. I did mine last year and it looks far better than stock.
Wouldn't want manual windows on a car....I often open both my windows on my RT10 and wouldn't want to crawl over to the passanger seat just to crank it down or up. And like someone said, electric ones are lighter than the manual mechanical ones.
Personally, I never understood why sports cars would need fog lights anyways....not like we drive them in the fog :lmao: Much better to have brake cooling ducts there or something for the aerodynamics.
Says so in the article....maybe they will be building specialty Vipers with Automatic/Semimanual Gearboxes.....could be a nice way of testing its effectiveness for long term use if this is the case.
The most annoying place for water is around the rear trunk's water drains....I always open the trunk and wipe behind the weatherstripping to get as must of the water out, otherwise some will come out when driving and dust will stick onto your rear bumper. A leafblower in that area helps a lot too.
K&N drop in filters and smooth tubes are good for a few extra ponies (for a quarter of the price). I don't think the open intake system yields much more power on the Viper, unless you want the look of the exposed cones filters.
Snakegreen would look interesting on a Gen2....but blue white does have it's own charm. Whatever colour you choose you can't go wrong, since it's still a Viper and they look good even in brown :rolaugh:
I doubt the car wash will get all that grime off. Probably better to jack it up, crawl under there and first brush off as much as you can with degreaser. then give it a good rinse with water.
Plus, isn't half the fun of Viper ownership washing and detailing your car? :D
