I was wondering why the front tire looked like it was sticking out too far in the rear shot pic. I figured it was an optical illusion, guess not. But wont you have to send those front back to get new lips/barrels to bring that offset in Ryan?
I think the gen 4's are sensitive when it comes to the air intake side of things especially with two electronic TB's. I wouldnt worry about it till it becomes consistant.
Another thing I noticed with the windows in my 04 and older 06 the windows would roll up very quickly when closing the doors. Almost too quickly so they would hit the roof but with the newer 06 and 08 they have a small wait period before rolling up. Maybe this is part of the computer update...
Guess I should read more lol. Maybe I will feel some differences as my controller learns to the car. But at any rate Im sure I will be glad once I get all the other crap done to my car.
Like I said in my thread about motons, "You get what you pay for" and I have learned that lesson the hard way too many times over the years. I cant believe you didnt jump at the motons when Tucker called on you but at any rate there are a set of Penskes that just came up for sale in the...
OH maybe thats what needs to be done. I just know that my 04 and one of my 06's the windows had a hesitation before dropping. But my other 06(newer build date) and my 08 the window drops the split second you press the door handle.
Yep sounds like you need a computer update. The newer 08-up vipers dont have the slight hesitation the 06-back have when opening the door. Or could be a regulator but Id try a comoputer update first.
I had my venom controller installed this week. Ive only driven it 30 miles with the controller in it but so far Im dissapointed overall especially for the $1200 Im out. While the throttle response is somewhat improved and not as bad to buck when changing gears thats about all I can tell. But...
I do agree with you. The Gen4 is a little ridiculous when it comes to the stupid check engine light. The gen 3 you can totally remove the cats and just hang the rear o2's under the car to sniff fresh air and no check engine lights either. But the gen 4 forget about it. But changing out the...
Thats an O2 sensor code P2602 DODGE - Direct Ozone Reduction Catalyst Deterioration Sens Circ Hi. Very common on Gen4's with any exhaust work done Just get a venom controller and be done with it. My car throws all my o2 sensor codes the minute I clear them of course my car has no cats at all...
I cant thank you enough Tucker!!! And like Beerly said everytime I get behind the wheel and start driving I am just amazed.
Cobraken they have stopped production on motons now but are suppose to be coming out with a new line called Motion Suspension(I think)
