Viper seems a little slow, Was my Z06 Faster???
The biggest reason the ZO6 "feels" faster in 1st and 2nd is the 3.4x stock gear ratio compared to the Viper's 3.07. Put 3.55's in the Viper and the seat of the pants feel will change substantially. Regardless, 2nd gear in the Viper is a beast, even with 3.07's. Now with my 3.55's I can break...- Kid97GTS

Parking Viper on Street: Advice???
If you are really parking it on the street, esp. in the City, you'll be parallel parking, in which case you don't really have to worry about door dings, unless someone double parks and a passenger gets out. Dyno Question
The dyno will not care what your rear end is. In fact, it will give a read out of your rpm/mph. I dyno'ed mine with 3.55 gears and it was not a problem.- Kid97GTS

How much vandalism can be expected?
Speaking of valets.... A $150,000 Ferrari was wrecked recently at the Ritz Carlton in Dana Point. A valet smashed it into a tree while taking it to the parking area - turned out he had another valet buddy of his in the car with him when he wrecked the car.
