    2001 Viper GTS Dyno Pull with minor bolt-ons :) (vid+pic of results) ---

    I had a stock 97 gts and it dynod 423 rwhp. 469 rwtq and it only ran 12.29 1/4 mi, 60 ft 1.90s, 1/8mi 7.80s......that was with th factory tires....never tried slicks....:headbang::drive:

    The best days to be there is at least that fri,sat,and sunday....we always go on those three days of it......if you are gonna go, you must reserve a hotel NOW, because you will NOT find a Hotel room no where within 50 mile radius....it is tons of fun, only better is the turkey rod run in daytona...

    SRT Emblems on Gen 2 swap.

    I put the SRT Viper emblems on my last Heffner Twin Turbo Viper GTS...I only put the word VIPER and took off the SRT... I thought it looked pretty good and no Viper owner ever questioned me about it or even acted like they noticed the difference....John B sent them to me and said he had done...

    Welcome to the Viper Club of America......I have seen this VIPER in person and I really like the paint job.....It is different. You will love the Viper experience and will never go back to Corvettes......

    My wife and I drove here to Tennessee to do the Tail of the Dragon with the Alabama/Tennessee Viper Club and the Mickey Thompson Radial is AWESOME.....I drove the Dragon at all speeds in the rain all day Friday and dry roads all day Saturday and these tires held the road under these conditions...

    I want to thank everyone for your input on the Radar Detectors........It was a very hard decision but I went with Passport 6500ix.........over $500 plus after tax.....I like the alert it gives letting you know that the next intersection has Cameras installed and it filters out false signals...

    I apologize Jack for the confussion............I was just sayin that the tire that Camfad is talkin about...to me.......is what I call the ole M/T ET Street Slick I use to swear by, it has a few small groves here and there on it.....but Now the new M/T Street Radial tire that this Forum started...
