Problem with car
Were you aware that there are differences between these 2 computers? The fuel curves are not exactly the same. When we swap computers we usually have to modify the fuel curves with tuning in order to maintain optimal drivability. -Wayne- LTHL VPR

Personally, I would recommend you modify the fuel system to make it a 'return' type. Add an additional pump (in-line), an FMU, some tuning software that controls fuel and timing, and some high flow injectors. Numbers look impressive. We were amazed at how much power modified heads add to the Viper. Sounds like you are living proof of that! Your numbers seem in line with what have seen. The car's learning process usually has very little to do with drivability like you are talking about. The learning process of the computer (which I think is what you are referring to)should not effect the symptoms you are describing.
