    It's not that hard, you need to simply take the caliper off and take it to a local machine shop and have them shave it down, then shave the bolt down. If I remember right when I did mine we took 0.250" off. Had them all mounted up is 1 day..

    2000+ Supercharger Question

    I'm running Striker heads/cam/paxton on a stock 2001 bottom end and have been for a yr, the car is making 909 rwhp. Power does not brake pistons, detonation does.

    I love mine. My car is a heads/cam car with a paxton. IMO I dont like the way Paxton Vipers feel when the motor is stock, feel like a stock car till you get way up in the RPM band. I would recomend doing heads/cam/headers first, then adding the paxton. My car made 612 rwhp heads/cam and 909...

    Who makes one for the gen 2's? ATI has one for the Gen 3's (7% overdrive) but dont list anything for the gen 2's. I am assuming they are different.

    Sweet build. So Greg when are we going to see a gen 3 with the mopar "650hp" up grade pkg with your full port job on the heads and a big cam? We really would love to see a 700 rwhp N/A Gen 3....

    my 2001 GTS put down 399 rwhp with just a corsa cat-back. No way are you going to get 100 hp from the mods you listed. Maby 30.... want to add 100 RWHP easy, install a NOS kit, a 125 shot will get you about 100 rwhp.

    I'm running the stock pump with a KB boost-a-pump and the 2 inline pumps with the Paxton fuel system and am making 909 rwhp, and I have no problem keeping my A/F at 11.5 to 1.

    Have you see the in-car vid of the Motortrend 1/4 mile run in the 2013 GT500 were they ran 11.6@125? that guy gives new meaning to "granny shifting". I'm no mustang fan but you put a driver in that car and it's going to be well into the 10's.

    Ya thats misleading thats for sure, on that logic they should have advertised the gen 2 viper as a 1500hp car, then in the small print say if you add a built motor, heads, cam, and twin turbos to it..... But I would still like to see a gen 3 with this Mopar Pkg with the heads ported and shaved...

    A viper will always be a viper, and a mustang will always be just a mustang. Drive past the high School parking lot and see how many Mustangs you see, then how many Vipers do you see?

    510 stroker

    I'm with him, do heads/cams. You cant get much more fun then a heads/cam Viper even with stock CID. Big power on pump gas and they run for ever. Later if yo want more add a blower. Then some day if you want even more or if somthing brakes THEN do a stroker.
