    A Nissan GTR was on the list, but they wanted to be paid (€7000,=/$10.000) to come over from the UK. Top speed was 131 MPH.

    Yesterday I took 3th place in the Dutch Autovisie Time Attack, Pro Street. Time Attack is racing against the clock. You get a warmup lap, flying lap and an outlap. Just like Formula1 qualifying. In the morning free training, then qualifying and the best 16 did the final. First place was a 900...

    Next Sunday I'll compeed in the Dutch Autovisie Time Attack. Last year I won my class with a BMW M3. This year the Viper must bring me some luck, because the competition in this class is much bigger. So I've put on some stripes, just like the M3.

    I'v got a big racing seat in my BMW M3 trackcar. This one doesn't fit in the Viper. It's too wide.

    Belanger headers and Roe 3" side exhaust (highflow cats with Borla mufflers). I use earprotection when driving it with the top on.

    The red line is speed, the bleu is G-force. It's measured with a GPS device, so it's very accurate. Max revs are about 5600 rpm.

    HERE is an onboard video of a Porsche GT3 RS driving on the Nurburg ring in Germany. At 6:44 you will see a Viper GTS in front of him. It's not a racecar as the Porsche, but the Zakspeed Viperjet, probably with a passenger. See wat happens.

    Letting off the throttle can make the car go more sideways. The compression of that big V10 will work like an e-brake.

    Like said, if it goes, it goes. It's very wide rear tires are then the problem. Somebody on this forum is doing drifting wth his Viper. Some think it's "gay' to do that. But I think, if everybody is doing some drifting school with the Viper, then you ain't frightened by it when it goes a little...

    Nürburgring - Grand Prix F1 Race Track

    That would have been some nice days. Didn't you drove on the Nordschleife? I was there the 7th october. The track closed 9 times, because of the many accidents. The Viper ('94 RT/10) didn't felt very confidence on the bumpy track. Time to put some new custom made shocks on it.
