Someone makes a front license plate bracket for the Gen2....it attaches to the front bumper without drilling holes & is easily removed .....don't know about the other Gen's....
Chris I'll be there...as of now 4 Vipers from Wilmington will be there & I hope to get a conformation from 3 more by tomorrow ....I'll let you know ...thanks..
02 Graphite & Slysnake summed it up in a nutshell......but you still need to get in the driver's seat & experience it yourself....everyone wants a Viper but Vipers are not for everyone ....
If it's not throwing out an error code you'll probably be ok....before I started putting miles on it clear the codes if they didn't already clear them when you got it inspected...if not it will retain the errors...if you can't get a tech to chime in try & google each error...
Can't think of anything more relaxing than getting out & driving the Viper along with hanging out with some cool cars.... if the weather cooperates there's usually a good turnout ...
Seasnake I thought you'd already sold your car...I live in Wilm. also & have seen you driving around town quite a bit over the years.....haven't seen you in awhile so I figured you sold it ....surprised you don't have more miles on it than that....if your free Saturday May 4th, come on out to...
Jeremy I was wondering if you were willing to put a couple of miles on your ride....hopefully the weather will cooperate ....I'm calling all the guys & gals with Vipers in Wilmington .....we'll see what happens....
Chris I know they would like everyone to be there when the gate opens but sometimes it just doesn't work for everyone ...especially when you have to add a couple of hours of driving ....I didn't make the show last year but I did make the 2 previous shows.....I can't see where there's going to be...
That's great....how many are going from the Raleigh area? Brian did ya'll have a good turnout last weekend? Last but not least, who won the membership renewal?
It's called buyers remorse ......I think we all get it at one time or another...car looks fantastic in the pics....you got a fair deal to say the least....fyi..I bought a 98GTS in 09 & thought it was a good deal until I got it home, then I felt like I paid to much ....it bugged me so bad I...
Yep they are out there in excellent condition ....low & high mileage ....& they have held their value but instead of tearing down the house & building a garage in its place...take that money & buy you a virgin 2013...then you won't have any worries ...
For a low mileage B/W GTS your going to be in the 40-50k range....they have held their value for sure....if it's one with 20+k miles on it be sure to get it up on a lift & check out the frame....if I'm not mistaken the 96-99 Vipers had a factory recall in order to strengthen the frame to prevent...
Yep...I was talking with Tom about that a couple of weeks ago....looking forward to it .....keep me informed about Rockingham & I'll see if I can get the Viper guys from Wilmington to head that way as well...later.
Hey Brian.......Sorry..looked at the calendar wrong......I'm in Wilmington ...3 of us drove up to the luncheon last July & hung out @ the Winery afterwards .....how many of you are going to Rockingham?
Re: VCA Carolinas Member Lunch - March 23rd, 2013 - Raleigh
Hey Chris, If ya'll were to have it next Saturday....would you incorporate cars and coffee in the equation? Isn't that held the 1st Saturday of the month?
