I've tried to squeeze in a Sparco Pro 2000 racing seats but failed... due to the fact they are approx. 60 cm wide over the shoulder area, as most (all) racing seats....the max width in a Viper gen 2 is approx 50 cm.
as mentioned the only way to fit a normal racing seat is either alter the seat...
Congratulations Charlie.... you make us all proud... and I think you know who I mean....(your fellow track rats within Viper Club Nordic)
Hope to see you soon at Ring Knutstorp ( rated second best track in Sweden )
mine has never come off no matter what speed I've done... and I track my car frequently....that said..I always remove it prior to the track
events but have forgotten it once and non probs...only noticed the water temp was slightly high after a few laps...that's how I noticed ..
:headbang:You need to cut the oe off and weld on a pair of Random technolgy race cats...they work as a charm and runn much cooler too....plus you could potentially gain a few ponnies as well...
how much power in the mustang compared to the viper? it would be very diffycult to detect a 5 hp increase when you start of with 450..plus I truly think here are better methods to increase the power and performance in a Viper...
