    Viper as a gift for the wife.

    Bought my wife a Prowler back in 02, She loves the car, More woman friendly and don't have to worry about her losing it and the looks she gets are about the same as a Viper.

    battery dead -replaced, now won't start- help?

    I think I would throw a charger on the battery, New batteries are not always up to full charge after purchase. Also double check your connections, Sounds like you have enough current to turn on accesories but not enough for the extra juice needed for start up. Maybe as little as a loose...

    My paint on all three of my Vipers is Flawless 95, 06, 08. I was very disapointed in this ACR's paint. I am glad that I was not waiting for this Car to arrive. Very Disappointing on the Quality. Can not believe Inspection is not catching these cars before they leave the factory.:(:dunno:

    Where are the FEs?

    Above the drivers door is about a 10 inch crack in the paint. Looks like a drywall crack in a older home is the best way to describe it, also not very shiny. They have a body shop at the dealership so they can repair it. But a car of this calibre should be Flawless!!!!!:D:D

    Vin is 100469, Arrived about Aug 15. Poor Quality paint on the roof. Needs to be redone. Painter at Prefix must have been a sleep when they did this one as the roof is terrible.:D:D

    Shane, The difference is that Mopars in Alberta have 4 shows Red Deer, Calgary, Edmonton, Lethbridge. Add the cars up and have one show a year like we use to and you have 500 plus Mopars in one spot. People don't bother going to a show 150 miles away if you can go to one in your own town a week...

    I would keep your tops as they are Mother Mopar Original pieces, Buy the 3 piece and hang on to the others, I have a 95 RT/10 with both tops and I think with the Original Car, The tops can only be money in the bank. I personally would not shy away from a quality car if it had only the 3 piece...

    Taking my viper in for service...

    When I take mine in for service, I drive it in there shop and stand and watch the tech and when he is done drive it out. No one gets behind the wheel of our cars, That way there is No stories about smashed up Vipers.:D:D

    Nader, Had Arrow Racing Put it on at VOI9 and they tuned it at the time for the free flowing K&N and Corsa Exhaust, When they were finished I took it for a blast and I turned around and told them to take it off.     Put Corsa on my 06 at VOI 9 and the seat in the pants torque, I know I left in Vegas. The low end torque just isn't there anymore. Going to take off the Corsa and put the stock back on. Sound was OK just not the power.

    Do Vipers like to burn oil? 2010 ACR

    My 08,06,95 never have used any oil. Changed mine at 1500 miles first change.
